'Booking: Book Ahead
Please be aware our booking options are set to the maximum time it takes to complete each service so our stylists have the time to deliver beautiful results. Our schedules can book up very quickly - it is recommended you rebook your appointment at the end of your service, or book new services 2 weeks in advance. We do our best to make our online booking as accessible as possible, but feel free to call us if you're struggling to find a service or time frame that works for you.
Cancellations: Notice & Fees
Out of courtesy we ask that if you must cancel your appointment, please do so with a minimum 24 hours notice. We understand this isn't always possible, but do want you to be aware that if this happens we will charge a fee of 50% of your scheduled service. If you reschedule within two weeks, the fee will be subtracted from your final charge at your appointment.
All Online bookings over $100 will require a 50% deposit.
Clear Communication:
We strive to keep communication consistent and clear between stylists and our guests. We begin each service with a detailed consultation to make sure we are clear on what you want. At the end we want to make sure youre 100% happy with the final result. We ask that you are honest about your satisfaction, and if you’re unhappy, give us the chance to try again to achieve your desired look - free of charge.
In-Salon Conduct:
At Legacy, we pride ourselves on creating a space where everyone feels comfortable and able to relax during their service. We ask you help us uphold this standard by being kind and courteous to everyone in the salon, keeping phone and conversation at a reasonable volume, and be respectful of everyone's race/gender/religion/orientation.
